Problem (one or two sentences)

x-ai/grok-code-fast-1 starts well, but pretty quickly Edit Unsuccessful errors start showing up.

I have Roo Code set to always show thinking blocks. There are also many (not all) unusual thinking blocks like this but these do not seem to cause any serious error (probably hiding important info and may be related):

Eventually the Edit Unsuccessful errors get so frequent that no edit will succeed. The only way out is to tell it to dump the last changes to the chat and start a new session. A new session starts out fine again.

Context (who is affected and when)

Happens more frequently the last two days but and a bit less frequently the day before that.
