PathogenTestForm IGRA TubeNil 10 causes input box to be cleared - PathogenTestForm

Bug Description

In case of tuberculosis pathogen tests, when Tube NIL filled in with value 10 the box is cleared wrongly.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a pathogen test for Tuberculosis IGRA.

2. Enter 10 in the Tube NIL input box, click on TUBE NIL > 10 -> NO .

3. The value 10 disapears.

4. Process a message with Tuberculosis with IGRA codes an TUBE-40 with value 10.

5. The Tube NIL is empty.

Expected Behavior

Tube NIL should behave like other IGRA codes, when value is less or equal to 10 pressing "NO" on greater than checkbox should keep the value.
