Unhandled Runtime Error on Ingest Data

I am having the same issue as #30.  However, the resolution by @gabrielvallado in #30 was not specific enough for me.  (I am using the latest python 3.11.5, and I have successfully run pip install on the requirements.txt.)  Would someone please specify which packages are needed in addition to the ones in requirements.txt?  Thank you. -Z
