docs: add cyan arrow (→) symbol to CLAUDE.md terminal symbols

- Add → Step/progress symbol (cyan) to Terminal Symbols list
- Add cyan arrow example to Color Requirements code block
- Update General Philosophy to include → in symbols list and cyan=step in color guidance

Aligns with @socketsecurity/lib v2.2.0 logger.step() enhancement
