In order to add someone as a friend one could add a WebID to the Target (drag and drop) button. IN order for this feature to still work, we need to make elements dreagable.
I propose to make the entire heading and the Name in the heading draggable - it would bring the WebID of that profile basically.
P.s. This is a function in solid-ui.
