ntoskrnl.exe causing bsod after debloating.

I can't find specific driver related to ntoskrnl.exe I tried to reinstall drivers, do sfc and dism but the problem still persist(Random Bsod, Especially when Idle)
I tried to reformatting my pc and bsod didn't appear after being Idle for 6hrs. I debloated after fresh reformat and ntoskrnl.exe appeared again.

Also I'm not sure if it's the debloating part or disabling onedrive.
