Describe the bug (mandatory)

I am unsure what the cause is, but the xray view players are supposed to get for c4, mine turtles, etc, does not seem to work consistently. I think this is relatively new behaviour, so i assume a change to something else is causing it. Basically, theres just a chance that when a traitor places an object like this that the icon never shows up.

I dont know what seems to trigger this at all. I played a test round with 4 other players, all traitors, and out of those people one person could only see one other persons traps
