How to handle unhandled error in tanstack start?

Sometime it goes bubble up over my middleware so the middleware doesn't catch it, so it probably server issues.
But i need to log this, and see whats the detailed reason and customize the json format for my client app.
Any idea where i can reliably intercept these unhandled errors ?

Right now it just showing generic:
