Is there a way to test urls against my own botPolicy.yaml?

Is there a way to test urls w.r.t. my own botPolicy.yaml. I have an application where I need a special rule, but before deploying I would like to test it.

I searched the website and the repo and could not find any information on this.

If there does not exist such an functionality (like a test script) I would consider this a useful one.
