RFE: HTTP/3

I’m not a paying customer so feel free to ignore this, but given the existance of #337 I had to ask 🙂.

This could provide an additional fingerprinting vector due to differences in browser HTTP/3 implementations, as well as improve performance in scenarios where Anubis is directly exposed to end-users, without a reverse proxy in front of it.

Obviously, this requires #337 first.
