Remove/Rewrite unused libraries

After the rewrite in #54 , the lib folder includes quite a few libraries that yet do not conform to the style laid out in #71 .

• bst.trp [@ssoelvsten] Map and Set modules #87

Remove:

• raft.trp: superseeded by a recent BSc project anyways...
• raft_debug.trp: any difference to raft.trp should be triggered by a variable, not its name.
• localregistry.trp
• NetHeath.trp

We use declassifyutil and timeout. Stdio is also used minimally; it's more of a placeholder for a general IO library. The rest can be deprecated.
