HIGH SPEED RACER V5.3

Building on the great work of V5.2 LTS by @TheM1ddleM1n, this release introduces major new features and long-awaited improvements.

What's New

• Complete sound system with 5 audio effects powered by numpy
• Particle effects for explosions, coin collection, and boost activation
• Boost mechanic activated with SPACE key (costs 50 points)
• Screen shake effect on collisions
• Fully responsive UI that adapts to any screen resolution
• Speed bonus display shown directly in car selection menu
• Custom drawn arrows replacing broken Unicode arrow characters
• Improved car positioning inside the menu selection box
• Road lines now scroll downward for a better sense of speed

really appreciate the heads up.
Yeah I know about the lifecycle , but honestly I can't update much right now thanks to internet restrictions in my region 😑😣 Tried to load that site or use newer versions but no luck.
That said, I really respect how forward thinking you are about this stuff. I'm trying to learn from that.
And thanks again for the kind words on V5.3.
Means a lot coming from you.
Looking forward to working on more stuff together

But being forward thinking about updates doesn't really work here in Iran.
I've been installing everything offline for 100 days just to code 😑 Now my laptop keeps begging me to update 😂

It only worked on Python 3.13, but that's not a problem.
Python 3.13 is stable and fully compatible with Pygame.

btw @VIDAKHOSHPEY22 for your wiki: unfortunately pygame does not support VR integration, and for online multiplayer would need a full rewrite and a bunch of other things that pygame would not support and servers would be too complex
