During my last Medic play, I noticed that while my Mediguns healed less other players who had weapons that reduce the amount of health from Medics and other healing souces,, the Crussader's crossbow remains completely inaffected by theses kinds of stats.
I specifically noticed it when trying to heal a low health Pyro equiped with the Back Scratcher using my Medigun and saw his hp rise very slowly . But with my Crossbow I managed to fully heal him up in two seconds, completely ignioring theses stats and rendering them useless.
I know this will be considered a balance change (because it is) but this is technically unintended behavior as well.
