  • finalize survey in Qualtrics
  • generate short link for survey
  • prepare written intro for webinar
  • prepare intro slide deck for webinar, including updated survey link
  • send emails advertising DwC Hour one week prior
  • send tweets advertising DwC Hour one week prior
  • send emails advertising DwC Hour one day prior
  • send tweets advertising DwC Hour one day prior

To do post webinar:

  • upload webinar recording to Vimeo
  • add link to Vimeo recording on the DwC Hour wiki webinar entry
  • add link to presenter slides on the DwC Hour wiki webinar entry
  • do something with post-webinar survey results
  • meet and review webinar conversations for next steps, new webinars, etc.
