- get abstract from presenter/s
- collect relevant links and reading materials
- determine moderator/s
- post iDigBio calendar announcement
- add webinar entry to the DwC Hour wiki
- schedule webinar in Zoom
- schedule sound/screen check with presenter/s
- request survey content from presenters
- finalize survey in Qualtrics
- generate short link for survey
- prepare written intro for webinar
- prepare intro slide deck for webinar, including updated survey link
- send emails advertising DwC Hour one week prior
- send tweets advertising DwC Hour one week prior
- send emails advertising DwC Hour one day prior
- send tweets advertising DwC Hour one day prior
To do post webinar:
- upload webinar recording to Vimeo
- add link to Vimeo recording on the DwC Hour wiki webinar entry
- add link to presenter slides on the DwC Hour wiki webinar entry
- do something with post-webinar survey results
- meet and review webinar conversations for next steps, new webinars, etc.
- close this ticket
