Per prior chats in WhyDRS/DUNA-docs#23, there is this repo and the SEC-comments repo today. James mentioned in the DUNA meeting yesterday that this might get combined into a singular regulatory-advocacy or similar repo. If you agree with removing this repo and combining, just chat below and let us know!

I personally want to give people some time to work on their own new petitions and hear from the only present originator, @WCIMT
