Adding new videos about WordPress Playground (#2348)

## Motivation for the change, related issues

The resource page concentrate a few videos about Playground and
Blueprints, this pull request add the latest videos about the playground
published on WordPress.tv. Another small change is replacing the link
from `wp-now` to `wp-cli`.
