Subdirectory Roots #1

Slight issue in the sub-directory logic.

|- Z
IF folder X is set as the first "root" directory [and open in the graph], then folder Y is set as another root directory, folder Y will not appear in the render area as a "root" directory - likely as it was already rendered as a child of the open X folder!
Additionally, if BOTH X and Y are set as root when closed, and X is opened, X and Y are connected - again, in this situation should root nodes be separate graphs as displayed on the frontend!?
I would argue blue "root" folders, should remain separate, and not join together in the frontend, regardless or parent child relationship!
