Review generic methods for destructive action

Find a way to double check with the user when the LLM want to execute a destructive action on a generic method (eg batch with clear action)
Either we could disallow completely
Or tell Claude to ask the user to confirm

I previously approved the batch tool to add objects, and it used it to wipe out an index afterwards

Am I right to assume the actions permitted are based on the authenticated user?

In any case, it would seem sensible to remove any destructive/write operation in https://github.com/algolia/mcp-node/blob/main/src/app.ts from the default tools?
