Floating Point Numbers with Slider and/or Spinbox

Is there a way to add decimal support to either or both of this components?

Seems to be possible at least on macOS and GTK:

NSSlider:

+ sliderWithTarget:action:
Creates and returns a continuous horizontal slider whose values range from 0.0 to 1.0.

GtkScale:

gtk_scale_set_digits
