With what library do you have an issue?

Reproduction of the bug/regression with instructions

Installed latest version 20.0.7 to get the hot deployment working for the remotes.
However, the expected function to watch for the build completion is not exported.

Expected behavior

The function is available for import.

Versions of Native/Module Federation, Angular, Node, Browser, and operating system

Native federation: 20.0.7
Angular: 19.2.13

Other information

Would it also be possible to backport this functionality to version 19?
Or is it safe to use version 20 in combination with Angular 19, as we cannot currently upgrade to angular 20 yet.
