bug(list): matListItemIcon color is wrong for disabled list items

Description

The color of matListItemIcon is wrong for disabled list items. It is different to the list component from material-web

Reproduction

Steps to reproduce:

1. Hover over "Item 2 (disabled)"
2. See the matListItemIcon changing its color

Expected Behavior

The color of the matListItemIcon stays constant if the list item is disabled.

Actual Behavior

The color of the matListItemIcon is changing.
