project list fails: 'ProjectClient' object has no attribute 'list'

## Description

Running `pltr project list --profile <profile>` fails with:

```
Failed to list projects: 'ProjectClient' object has no attribute 'list'
```

## Steps to reproduce

```bash
pltr project list --profile ithyrion
```

## Expected behavior

Should list projects, optionally filtered by space.
