folder list fails with empty error message

Description

Running pltr folder list <folder_rid> --profile <profile> fails with an empty error message:

Failed to list folder children: Failed to list children of folder ri.compass.main.folder.0: 

The error message after the colon is empty, making it hard to debug. This may be an authentication or API issue, but the empty error message should be fixed regardless.

Steps to reproduce

pltr folder list ri.compass.main.folder.0 --profile ithyrion

Expected behavior

Should list all child resources of the specified folder, or provide a meaningful error message.
