The deployment will happen in two phases

1. Deploy the entire Anoma Beta product on the testnets (Sepolia, Arbitrum-Sepolia, Base-Sepolia)
2. Deploy the entire Anoma Beta product on the mainnets (Mainnet, Arbitrum, Base)

Scope

Write a detailed checklist containing all the steps that must happen to deploy the entire Anoma Beta product line.
