@harikrushna171 Thanks for opening discussion. Once you mentioned exec_file location, you dont have to input version number again. |

When I try to launch using a specific path and "launch_mechanical," I don't get any errors. However, when I launch mech.App, it throws an error. How do I set up the environment in Linux?
Could you please specify the exact command I should use? I'm new to Linux, and my installation path is
"/XXXXXX/v252/aisol/.workbench". Thank you in advance.
export AWP_ROOT252="/XXX/ansys2025r2/ansys_inc/v252", I already tried this one.
`from ansys.mechanical.core import launch_mechanical
import ansys.mechanical.core as mech
exec_loc = "/XXXXXX/v252/aisol/.workbench"
mechanical = launch_mechanical(exec_file=exec_loc)
app = mech.App(version=252)
print(app)`
