What to do when API limit rate?

Why this showing :
API rate limit already exceeded for user ID 95043299. OK

Is there a way which I can avoid this and make it visible as earlier ?

Hello @UpekHansaja

Basically there is two options you can do about that:

1. Wait until the API will be available again.
2. Deploy your own Vercel instance using own GitHub API token to avoid the impact of public deployment outages.

I highly recommend you to do the second option.
