[Bug] Should we build a dedicated development environment for cloudberry-pxf?

I noticed that PXF does not have a Cloudberry environment, especially a development environment where Cloudberry and PXF can be built together and tests can be run. I feel we need to set up a dedicated development environment, including deploying corresponding test environments, to facilitate better development.

If Cloudberry has a corresponding Docker development environment, that would be even better. We could modify and extend it to suit PXF's development environment, making development easier.

I believe this would be beneficial for all upstream cloudberry components. A standardized development environment would help developers work more effectively.

Ah, this is a high-priority request for the Cloudberry. AFAIK, we plan to have one in the coming 2.1.0.

For now, you can quickly build the Cloudberry with the Docker dev image: https://cloudberry.apache.org/docs/next/deployment/build-based-on-docker, or try my PR on Sandbox: apache/cloudberry#1186.
