FR: Support and provide prebuilt Python 3.14 and 3.14 free-threaded wheels

Hi,

Looks like the PyPI distribution of pyiceberg doesn't have pre-built Python 3.14 wheels. We could still build from source, but it would be great if there is an official wheel.

In addition, it would be great to support Python 3.14 free-threaded mode too, now that it's officially supported.

yes! we should add 3.14. I think it'll be fairly simple to add now that the project is using uv. Would you be interested to work on this?
Here's a reference for when we added 3.13 support, #2863

I think it might be easier to split out support for 3.14 and 3.14 free-threaded mode, and work on them separately
