add the ability to save combined filter settings

Please add the ability to save combined filter settings on superset. This way, users can quickly switch between different saved filter combinations (like different tags or scenarios) to easily query with predefined conditions.

It would be very helpful if the filter panel allowed users to save combined filter parameters. Users could then quickly click on different saved tags or filter sets, representing different scenarios or query conditions, to instantly apply those filters without setting them up each time.

e.g.

I want to save these conditions as a tag. Next time I can just click the tag and query
