feat(reactive_month_picker_dialog): bump month_picker_dialog to ^6.2.3 and adapt to breaking changes

- `ReactiveMonthPickerDialog` now supports new `month_picker_dialog` parameters:
    - `selectableYearPredicate`
    - `monthStylePredicate`
    - `yearStylePredicate`
    - `headerTitle`
    - `onlyYear`
    - `monthPickerDialogSettings`
- Removed parameters no longer supported by `month_picker_dialog`:
    - `capitalizeFirstLetter`
    - `headerColor`
    - `headerTextColor`
    - `selectedMonthBackgroundColor`
    - `backgroundColor`
    - `selectedMonthTextColor`
    - `unselectedMonthTextColor`
    - `currentMonthTextColor`
    - `confirmText`
    - `cancelText`
    - `customHeight`
    - `customWidth`
    - `yearFirst`
    - `dismissible`
    - `roundedCornersRadius`
    - `forceSelectedDate`
    - `selectedMonthPadding`
    - `animationMilliseconds`
    - `hideHeaderRow`
    - `textScaleFactor`
    - `arrowSize`
    - `forcePortrait`
    - `customDivider`
    - `blockScrolling`
    - `dialogBorderSide`
- Updated example app:
    - Replaced deprecated web files.
