Terraform examples don't set visibility timeout correctly

Spotted in the [documentation today](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/with-sqs.html#events-sqs-queueconfig) that the relationship between the Lambda timeout and the SQS visibility timeout should not be 1:1 but rather N:(N * (redrive count  + 1))
