  • with some hack, shortcut to improve
  • content of src/generated is pushed into a sepated commit

I include into the Makefile, as commented target, how to create, add spec, it's for documentation and for command to edit/run for each spec to add.

reminder: content of .../generated could be skipped or quickly reviewed (except mod.rs)

@afrittoli, After the review & (squash+merge) of this branch I would like to release and publish on crates.io (the main registry).
For the first publication, I could do it with individual accounts (it's needed on crates.io to have a human in the owner list at least to do the first authentication & publication; see https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/reference/publishing.html#cargo-owner)
