Assignments: one entry per student #1645

Current behavior / Resultado actual / Résultat actuel
If a student uploads several documents for one assignments, the student appears several times in the assignments table.
Expected behavior / Resultado esperado / Résultat attendu
There should be only one entry per student in the table, and then a detail page (or box) to show the different uploads by the student.
