Gradebook: Improve layout for many evaluations

When having many items of evaluation in the gradebook and more than 30 users, the scrolling is made very difficult.

Expected behavior / Resultado esperado / Résultat attendu

Develop a table where the first column (student name) is fixed and the rest can be scrolled, like in the attendances tool (although this one is a bit clunky, so if a new library can do that well, maybe choose this one).

Add more than 6 evaluation items in a gradebook. One user is enough to see the issue.
