CampusConnect plugin #2739
Description
A series of universities from the South of Germany are connecting their LMSes through an open standard called CampusConnect.

This allows for students of one university to access courses of another university, given these have been published to the network by original teachers, and assigned on the local LMS by the students' academical management team.
This should be possible to include as a plugin.
