[Feature request] Define host

Please let host be also defined by user. based on what I understood, right now you only support port and not host. the default behavior is localhost, but I want to be able to set to '0.0.0.0' as well. (I want to see the preview in my tablet which is in the same network).

I just opened a PR for this issue, unfortunately 0.0.0.0 will not work due to an upstream decision in tinymist
