Create modules for handling Data Warehouse Data Catalog states #134
Description
The original create data catalog is API call now deprecated. Yet we still need modules for managing the service state, i.e. start, stop.
Include a Boolean flag - rebuild - for managing the rebuild activity on the DC. (defaulting to false): https://cloudera.github.io/cdp-dev-docs/api-docs-beta/dw/index.html#_rebuilddbc
