More releasitc stats.

1. File and dir objects should NOT have a stat if they are mocked but don't exist.
2. open/mkdir/close, etc. Should set all relevant stats. Probably by calling a helper.
3. File access should enforce file permissions when accessing it.
4. File access should enforce dir permissions when accessing it.
