control-c as alternative to esc

Escape key is also control-[ which is two hands, but not an interrupt, and so better. It can be used anywhere you need an escape.

In the file vim.markdown it has ctrl-] not ctrl-[ and the backtick for highlighting may need to be modified to highlight the sequence.
