No access to `const` token in AST for dot shorthand const constructor call.

Greetings!

I'm working on supporting dot shorthands in dart format. I have most of it working but I'm running into an issue with shorthands like:

variable = const .new();

I'm using analyzer 7.4.5 and in the DotShorthandInvocation AST node class, I don't see any way to get the token for the const keyword. Am I missing something?

Ah yes, we need a newer analyzer version to get the rest of the DotShorthandInvocation AST (and I think the DotShorthandConstructorInvocation AST).

Do we have any timeline on when the next analyzer version might come out? @scheglov

As far as analyzer plugins are concerned, I'd be fine with publishing analyzer 8.0.0 now / soon.

I would like to not publish analyzer 8.0.0 for at least 2 weeks.
There is work that should be done on APIs before.

I just realized I can workaround this for now by looking at the token preceding the ., so I can get formatter support working before two weeks if that's helpful @kallentu. If not, I can wait until the new analyzer is published and implement it in a less hacky way. It's pretty trivial either way.

We're not in a huge rush since 3.10 is so far away, so I wouldn't mind if we waited and then you don't need to circle back to it again.

@munificent Konstantin just recently published analyzer 8.0.0. Formatter changes should be unblocked now.
