Feature request: find references from `library` directive should find all imports

I just tried clicking on a library; directive in VSCode, and selecting "find all references", expecting that would show me a list of all imports of the library. Instead it showed no results.

I think this would be a nice analysis server feature.

I think we had a similar request recently, but I'm not sure it was the same. IIRC @DanTup was looking at that one.

Not sure which you mean - possibly #60526? I did comment on there, but it's not something I'd currently planned to look at.

I believe that #60526 is a different request.

I like the idea, with one exception: I'm a little concerned that it will encourage users to add a library directive just to get this functionality, and I don't know that we want to do that.

Is there similar functionality in VS Code for other languages, and if so how do they support it?
