fix: revert maven-source-plugin 3.2.1

Motivation:

Release fails with `[INFO] [ERROR] We have duplicated artifacts attached.`

It's a regression in maven-source-plugin that's still not fixed, see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MSOURCES-143
