filtering disables mouse wheel

As reported on the user group, even with mouseZoomable off, the mouse wheel will get hijacked after a filter.

I have a workaround if you're not using any of the zoom features. Comment out the _nullZoom declaration (line 2519 in my copy of dc.js). Make it a function to avoid the warning.

Another way to do this, without changing the dc.js source, is:

  chart._disableMouseZoom = function() {};

This question on SO asked how to make dynamic enabling and disabling of mouseZoomable work:

dc.js: cannot scroll past chart even after setting mouseZoomable to false

Rather than obliterating _nullZoom, as the workarounds posted above, the d3-zoom documentation recommends this:

selection.on(".zoom", null);

In DCv5 it's possible to replace private members, so I tested

    moveChart._nullZoom = function(sel) {
        sel.on('.zoom', null);
    };

in this block, which enables zoom on clicking the Move & Volume chart, and disables it on mouseout.

I think this is the correct solution.

Haven't released this yet. Hope to put it in the next version. If anyone sees this and can report if it works for them, that would be very helpful.
