Add nodata values into Cog Viewer when opening file

Currently with the COG Viewer, we are able to see the data and get some statistics within the histogram. It would be incredibly useful to have the no data value from the metadata also included within the layout box on the left side of the page. This could streamline the creation of STAC metadata within having to download the file.

FYI there is also the STAC extension which creates a STAC item directly from COGs
