How to import .apkg files in Anki?

I just downloaded Coding.apkg file on this link and try to import in Anki but it gives me an error? Never used this Anki program, am I try to import in a wrong way?

Kind of the same issue, but on MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1

Was that resolved by any chance somehow?
