Many thanks on this release! I'm moving along to getting this released for Alpine Linux edge. I'm surprised to see the build still using the non-portable Rid (alpine.3.18-x64). It was my understanding source-build should start using portable Rids (linux-musl-x64).

I'm also encountering build failures for aspire that I'm strulling to reproduce locally:

It was my understanding source-build should start using portable Rids (linux-musl-x64).

Source-build continues to use non-portable rids, this allows to differentiate between Microsoft's portable artifacts (that use the portable rids) and source-build artifacts (that use the non-portable rids).

The target "GitInfo" does not exist in the project.

I don't think this targets exists for our builds either, so I assume we're not trying to use it.

<Import Condition="'$(SampleProject)' != 'true' and '$(CI)' == 'true' " Project="eng\Versions.targets" />

May be this gets triggered in your pipeline build due to CI being set to true?

I've tried porting to s390x / ppc64le for I still have does pesky bugs relating to access to a file being impossible due to it being used. I can't reproduce it on my infra so it's impossible for me to find the cause. At least, the bootstraps are up: https://lab.ilot.io/ayakael/dotnet-stage0/-/releases
