feat(ui): raise dimension slider max to 2048 (invoke-ai#9446)

The width/height sliders topped out at 1536 while their number inputs
already accepted up to 4096, so reaching common 2048-wide resolutions
required typing the value instead of dragging.

Raises sliderMax from 1536 to 2048 for the generation dimensions, the
canvas bbox, and the manual scaled bbox size. numberInputMax is
unchanged at 4096. The model manager's default width/height sliders
import CONSTRAINTS from the Dimensions components, so they track the
new range automatically.
