Provide HelloWorld equivalent to TF4J

There is a nice list of examples provided in the repository. But it could be good to provide the equivalent HelloWorld as in Tensorflow for Java. https://www.tensorflow.org/install/lang_java#example_program

That is a good point! I'm currently busy with multiple other projects and my graduation so I'll try to add this within the next couple of months if I find time. A PR would be welcome though if you or someone else is willing to work on it. Keep in mind though that I haven't updated the library to work with TF 2.x and I'm not sure yet if I'll have time to do that. :/

Then, you can wait until TF 2.x upgrade is in place. That is probably more relevant to show the continuation of this project. :)
