A new feature for prompt "skins"

I would like to be able to point my config file (using a field like promptDir) at a directory that contains all my eca prompts. I currently have to update the config file for each prompt file, but would like to be able to just tell eca to override the files with my local copies.

This would be useful to me as I have replaced almost all the eca prompts with nucleus prompts as shown here: https://github.com/michaelwhitford/nucleus/tree/main/eca/prompts
