[Feature Request]: Support substitutions in inline code

What problem are you trying to solve?

At the moment we don't support substitutions in inline code blocks, like:

`{{my-sub}}`.

In some cases we generate sections of the pages from snippets that receive certain substitutions, and we should be able to play with the format of those substitutions.

There's an example of this need in this PR: elastic/docs-content#1457

Proposed Solution

Implement something similar as with the normal code blocks that support the subs=true option.

I also have a use case (in PR #2433) that would benefit from this feature:

I have a code block with subs enabled, where I use {{version.stack}}, then I use in-line code formatting to explain the different parts of the code example, and it would be nice to have consistent formatting for the explanation, for example:

\```sh subs=true
helm install elastic-agent elastic/elastic-agent --version {{version.stack}} -n kube-system
\```

Where:
    
- `elastic-agent` is the name of the specific installation of the Helm chart, known as **release name**.
- `elastic/elastic-agent` defines the name of the Helm repository, where `elastic` corresponds to `https://helm.elastic.co/` and `elastic-agent` is the name of the Helm chart
- `{{version.stack}}` is the version of the {{agent}} Helm chart to be installed.
- `kube-system` is the namespace where {{agent}} is to be installed.
